GX Software

“Who wouldn’t want to work in an open office, hold meetings in a game room with a ping-pong table or relax in a vintage living room?”

Antoinette Mulders, GX Software: “Through the renovation of GX Software office and furnishings, realised in cooperation with Flex Projects, we got to know Peter Claassen en Pauline Spek as driven professionals who are great to work with. They have feeling and insight into what kind of company GX Software is, which enabled them to realise an amazingly beautiful result. Flex Projects perfectly felt what would work for GX. It is especially important to mention that the deadline was met for this extremely ambitious plan. Considering all of the above, Flex Projects is an organisation that GX Software can recommend for every company. Seriously, they are experts!

Started small, became big

GX Software was founded in 1998 by a group of students from Nijmegen, Holland. Now, 18 years later, the dorm has been swapped for a large office building housing around 100 employees. Due to expected growth, an extra floor has been rented and a design has been made for all of the office space, incorporating all wishes for diverse working conditions.

The ground floor is designed for introductions, work and meetings. There is a beautiful open and light space for the reception, front desk and a work café. The newly designed conference rooms offer various possibilities for ways to hold meetings. Who wouldn’t want to work in an open office, hold meetings in a game room with a ping-pong table or relax in a vintage living room?

The first and second floor are furnished for working. On the first floor there is an open office space and silent workstations and phone booths. The second floor offers centralised workspace in open offices for working on projects, but also a game room for relaxing.

A few desk bikes show that special attention has also been payed to the importance of movement during a workday.
